Who We Are

At EPP we see the light in people. We understand that hurting people hurt people. And, we know that when given a safe space, a skilled guide, and an incisive tool like the Enneagram that thoughts, beliefs, habits, people, families, society and our system of incarcerating humans can transform. We know this because we witness these changes daily. We are dedicated to helping people to know and then gently examine what is driving them. We know that when a person steps onto a path of self-knowing that this movement makes for a safer society.
In bearing witness to the courageous inner-work taking place in the unlikely place that prison is, I became downright convinced that the benefit of self-understanding through the lens of the Enneagram is a critical missing piece for real criminal reform.
